The Department of Managed Print Services (MPS), together with Canon Solutions America, is constantly working to help departments and offices use the most suitable and efficient print devices for their needs. One step in achieving this has been through Sustainability Town Hall meetings, held throughout the University, detailing how departments can save money and implement more efficient, environmentally-friendly printing workflows and processes. Reaching the U's Sustainability Goals
To support the University's sustainability goals, MPS and Canon recommend replacing inefficient single-function printers, fax machines, and scanners with multi-function, feature-rich, energy-efficient Canon devices. This can lead to significant environmental, productivity, and financial efficiencies.
