To order new Canon equipment for your department, complete the Equipment Ordering Form.
New equipment orders take a minimum of 3-5 business days for processing. Once processed, a Canon Team representative will contact you to discuss your specific needs and equipment options.
Complete the MPS Equipment Relocation Form to request the move of existing equipment from one location to another. Please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days for processing.
To order toner for your equipment, contact the Canon Help Desk toll-free at 855-477-4783 or email at csa_um_hd@csa.canon.com. Please have the device serial numbers ready, and specify the supplies needed.
No. Canon does not supply copy paper for equipment. Copy paper must be ordered from Staples via the Workday Marketplace.
